Jeff delivers IT strategy that drives profitable growth and value creation.  He focuses aligning resources with business goals while enhancing cybersecurity and optimizing capital investment. His experience includes supporting IT due diligence and driving integration for dozens of acquisitions. Jeff crafts technology roadmaps designed to create both a solid foundation and flexibility. As a champion of digital transformation, he has led successful initiatives using cloud computing, AI, and IoT to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth. His career was forged on the business side of technology as he guided enterprise level programs.  Jeff is a savvy change manager who achieves smooth transitions during technology implementations, process reengineering, and M&A transactions. He motivates teams to tackle complex projects, pursue innovation, and achieve results.

As a CIO, Jeff demonstrated leadership in manufacturing and operational environments. He is committed to managing resources effectively to exceed objectives while meeting tight deadlines. Across his career, Jeff successfully navigated organizational change related to industry shifts and technology evolution. He sees IT as an enabler of business and works closely with the board, peers, and vendors to benefit from emerging technologies. His cloud migration strategy included a focus on quality, elevated use of data, and implementation of new SaaS applications. With a solution orientation, Jeff discovers and pursues opportunities for operational improvement with zest.  He has deep experience in the aerospace and defense sector and with federal government contracts and regulation.

Jeff graduated cum laude from Merrimack College with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.  He continued his studies at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell and earned a Master of Science in Mathematics with Computer Science discipline. Beyond the office, he enjoys skiing, golf, kayaking, and sharing time with family.
