During a decade of experience at Fortium Partners, Chris has driven impressive results for clients in high growth and turnaround environments. His focus on improving business results is fueled by attention to business operations and information management. He deftly leads post-acquisition IT integration, restructuring of network services, launch of process improvement programs, and introduction of advanced technologies. His industry experience includes managed healthcare, software, manufacturing, retail, professional and legal services, nonprofit, and education. A hands-on leader, Chris demonstrates strategic perspective and change agility as he navigates evolving business challenges. His career experience spans enterprises from $25 million to over $1 billion with regional, national and global presence.

As a CIO, Chris managed complex initiatives with a priority on efficiency and effectiveness. He defined IT strategy and led execution impacting infrastructure, information management, sales and marketing, product development, and operations. Chris developed multi-year IT roadmaps addressing ERP implementations, outsourcing, analytics, and website consolidation projects. Chris has performed as both an in-house executive and as a strategic consultant for dynamic and demanding companies looking to use technology as a competitive advantage. He enjoys participating in all phases of a project – strategy, design, and implementation. A collaborative partner, Chris builds positive, productive relationships with executive peers, middle management, PE investors, vendors, and team members.

Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Rutgers University. He continued in graduate and post-graduate studies at the school and earned a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, Packaging Science, and Computer Science. For more than two decades, Chris has served as a director of the Swarthmore chapter of A Better Chance, a nonprofit organization providing underrepresented students with the opportunity to attend top independent and public schools across the county. The mission of leadership development is close to Chris’ heart and his deep commitment is reflected in his service as President, Development Chair, Treasurer, and as a longstanding member-at-large.
