Vicki is a Fractional CIO recognized for transforming IT and Technology into a value creation engine—aligning systems thinking, strategic vision, and SaaS expertise to drive margin expansion and scalable growth. She brings experience across public, private, PE-owned, and entrepreneurial companies spanning software, SaaS, data analytics, manufacturing, web hosting, and services. Over her career, she has streamlined IT infrastructure, stabilized and scaled operations in post-acquisition environments, instilled enterprise-wide data governance, and led digital transformations that enhance enterprise value. Her entrepreneurial background includes buying, running, and successfully selling multiple main street businesses, giving her a unique perspective on value creation from both the operator and investor side.

She creates measurable business impact by solving complex problems with innovation and discipline, bridging the gap between business priorities and technical realities. Her bias for speed, pragmatic execution style, and ability to navigate ambiguity enable her to right-size IT organizations, embrace new technology, and accelerate results. Vicki works effectively at both the macro and micro level with cross-functional teams and partners, and she partners with founders and CEOs to create, grow, scale, run, and exit SaaS and technology companies by aligning technology strategy with overall value creation plans.

Vicki graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and earned her MBA from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, where she later taught business process management as an Adjunct Professor. Away from the desk, she volunteers at a wildlife clinic caring for bears, foxes, turtles, and raptors, and enjoys painting murals and other artwork.
