UK is a Partner in Fortium Partners’ South Central practice, where he primarily serves tribal governments, energy, financial services, gaming, and retail and hospitality clients.  He also works closely with companies on the technology issues and requirements related to US federal government contracting matters.  His career experience spans complex private, public, and sovereign nation enterprises and consulting organizations.  His broad knowledge of IT systems is complemented by a practical style on business management matters.  UK guides technology and executive teams through digital transformation by keeping focused on customer experience and revenue growth.  He moves between strategy and execution with ease and approaches change through a lens of innovation.                                    

As a CIO, UK developed and implemented IT roadmaps, defined and implemented IT governance, and managed technology resources for improved ROI.  He led a project management office and enterprise architecture team that supported both IT and non-IT initiatives.  UK continually re-engineered business processes using his Six Sigma expertise with results of more than 70% reduction in cycle times and costs.  With his team, UK envisioned and executed numerous ERP implementations that enabled global collaboration, accelerated billing, and enhanced customer care.  He has solid experience leading cost-reduction initiatives, introducing eCommerce systems, and ensuring compliance with federal government contracts.

As a community leader, UK has contributed as a board member of social service organizations including the Crossroads Clubhouse, Margaret Hudson Program, and Tulsa United Way.  He currently serves on the Advisory Board of Sage IT Inc., a firm specializing in cognitive automation, digital modernization, and customer interactions.

UK received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management.
