Tony is a Partner in Fortium Partners’ East Region, where he serves industrial, transportation, energy, and aerospace and defense companies.  He is known for his track record of success while navigating the IT and business issues of M&A transactions.  As a CIO, Tony developed IT strategy and drove complex programs to consolidate multiple legacy systems.  He leveraged shared services and outsourcing initiatives to deliver high-impact, cost-effective business transformation strategies.  His leadership tenure at global enterprises pursuing growth through aggressive acquisition and divestiture programs reflects his technical savvy and change agility.  Tony navigates high-pressure situations with confidence as he motivates IT professionals to overcome challenges.

Recognized for his deep experience in Enterprise Resource Planning, Tony successfully led the implementation of more than 10 global and regional programs that consolidated 100+ groups and systems accumulated through acquisitions and mergers over decades.  He focuses on designing a “To-Be” state that accelerates migration to best practices in each discipline.  Tony utilizes business case development and measures ROI to document the IT value-add achieved by the enterprise during systems implementation projects.  He regularly capitalizes on outsourcing, manages vendor relationships, migrates to cloud services, and develops shared services models as an integral part of the IT roadmap.

With responsibility for cybersecurity, Tony has developed and executed programs utilizing the National Institute for Security and Technology Framework for Improving Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity and the Department of Homeland Security Cyber Resilience Review. His pragmatic approach brought heightened awareness and training to end-users.  He provided quarterly presentations to educate the Board and executive peers while also organizing testing of critical areas including network penetration, threat detection, product vulnerability, and personal data protection.

Tony is a military veteran who served in the US Navy.  He received an Associate of Science degree in Electro-Mechanical Drafting and Design from the American Institute of Design in Philadelphia, PA.  He also pursued Advanced Instrumental Instruction at the US Armed Forces School of Music in Norfolk, VA.
