Tom was a member and led the Hartford Funds' participation in ICI's (Investment Company Institute) Technology and Cybersecurity Committee. ICI is the leading association representing regulated investment funds. Tom graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Western New England University. He continued his studies at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where he earned a Master of Engineering with a focus on Computer Systems Engineering.
