Todd orchestrates enterprise-wide digital transformation, AI adoption, and cybersecurity programs across manufacturing and multisite B2C businesses. His laser focus on technology modernization spurs organizational growth and profitability at publicly traded and privately held companies. He strengthens global systems, data, and cybersecurity while also investing in talent development and strategic relationships. Todd brings together technical leadership and change agility as he strives to improve operational efficiency, build resilience, and spark product innovation. His industry experience spans retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, and distribution, giving him a grounded view of how operations run. Known for his practical approach to problem solving, he works with his clients to create actionable plans and to guide their success.

As an experienced CIO and CTO, Todd has worked closely with boards, CEOs, and C-Suite peers to establish the technology vision and a roadmap that aligns with corporate strategy. He enables management, vendors, and teams to work together as good partners and he champions cross-functional groups to tackle complex projects. His foremost objective is to create a competitive advantage that supports revenue growth and profitability. Todd has delivered numerous enterprise-scale transformations that created measurable business value. His commitment to operational efficiency is layered upon proven abilities in both process improvement and reengineering. While in the manufacturing sector, he has completed enterprise-wide cloud migration programs that support growth and reduce production costs. In retail environments, he has strengthened cybersecurity to meet regulatory requirements and built an AI governance framework designed to enable data analysis and analytics. For consumer goods companies, Todd has addressed supply chain systems, disaster recovery, and inventory management concerns. His contributions and leadership impact have been celebrated several occasions as he won corporate awards from Lovesac, Sleep Number, and Ingram Micro.

Todd graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration & Computer Science from Hope College. He attended the Institute for European Studies in Freiburg, Germany and Vienna, Austria, and pursued professional development coursework at the Center for Creative Leadership and Disney Institute. A member of the Society for Information Management (SIM), he has achieved ITIL Certification in IT Service Management and was a finalist in the 2024 ORBIE CIO of the Year award program. Outside the office, Todd enjoys woodworking, especially cabinetry and furniture making, boating, cycling, and underwater adventures as a Master Scuba Diver.
