Thomas is a Partner in Fortium Partners’ East Region, where he serves corporate clients, financial institutions and business services organizations.  He offers strategic advice on how to leverage information technology and big data analytics to strengthen market share and drive internal efficiency.  Thomas has championed significant projects throughout his career including the evaluation of complex systems, new workforce automation tools, and business intelligence platforms.  He offers an insightful perspective on how to develop top talent and build an organization that values, encourages and supports innovation.  His clients note an exceptional ability to balance strategy and efficient execution.

Across his career as CIO, Thomas had a wide range of responsibilities including IT strategy, application development, infrastructure operation as and engineering, user support, program management, capital planning, information security, and enterprise architecture.  He developed an IT Center of Excellence to evaluate emerging technology trends in the capital markets and to create tools to better serve investors.  Thomas has valuable knowledge on moving core functions to the cloud and introducing an enterprise data warehouse.  As a consultant to top financial services companies, he developed data collection, complex data analysis, and predictive data models.  With an entrepreneurial spirit, Thomas founded a firm that provided secure, cost-effective and reliable solutions for e-commerce applications.

Thomas graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, and Economics and later obtained a master’s degree from OSU’s Fischer College of Business.
