Ted brings an entrepreneur’s perspective and a passion for innovation as he works with businesses to solve complex problems. His focus on the design of SaaS solutions is complemented by his development of intelligent data analytics. He is recognized for an ability to build mission-critical systems that enhance the customer experience and add enterprise value. Ted has a deep understanding of the healthcare sector including complex billing processes, data requirements, and CRM. His experience leading the launch of flagship digital platforms under stringent deadlines reflects his creative soul and steady leadership. Known for recruiting and coaching top performing teams, he is driven by making an impact on his clients and global communities. Ted is a problem solver, turnaround agent, and champion of AI-enhanced software development working with startup, small, and mid-sized companies.

As a CTO, Ted championed new SaaS products for the healthcare sector. He created and launched solutions which offer clients improved data analytics and functionality. His early adoption of AI to generate productivity workflows and apps has enabled strategic and mission critical projects. Moving digital assets into AWS, he drove productivity improvement while mitigating enterprise risk. His technical knowledge is broad with credentials including scrum project management, mobile development, Javascript, Snowflake, SharePoint, Vue, and Angular, to name just a few. As a CIO, Ted reengineered the IT department and prioritized process improvement. He outsourced select functions and optimized IT spend while guiding introduction of new management reporting. Committed to a personally engaging yet professionally challenging workplace, Ted invites his teams to fully participate in innovation programs activities and creative problem solving. He relishes the opportunity to build new products, open new markets, and develop ideas into profitable solutions.

Ted graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rochester. He is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and a certified KAPE Examiner reviewing organizational readiness for the Baldrige Award against a framework with seven criteria: leadership; strategic planning; customer focus; measurement, analysis and knowledge management; workforce focus; process management; and results. A committed volunteer and board leader with Kenya’s Kids, his talents and leadership are devoted to the organization which supports educational and employment opportunities for children in Kenya.
