Richard Harris serves as Managing Partner for the East, where he ensures client service excellence and project execution.  His success expanding the partner corps and client base is marked by triple-digit growth as he oversees more than half of the firm’s revenues.  He is a seasoned IT executive with a broad range of management, leadership, and strategy roles including as multiple positions as a Chief Information Officer (CIO) and success achieved in consultative levels.  With experience working in the US and Europe, he brings a global perspective to problem-solving and advisory roles.  He is recognized for helping companies improve IT performance, reduce spend, raise competitive standing, and drive operational efficiency.  Richard also provides sought-after and insightful counsel to start-ups, to private equity backed firms and as an advisory board member.

As a CIO, Richard provided technology leadership for both public and private companies.  He built IT roadmaps and successfully navigated organizations through acquisitions, spin-offs, and strategic growth.  His teams worked on initiatives such as ERP implementations, application development, outsourcing, and data warehousing. 

As a consultant, Richard offers global experience and operating prowess to support businesses involved in change management initiatives to build sustainability amidst industry evolution.  His dives in to understand to issues and problems facing an enterprise, then provides methods, tactics, and people development to forge a solution.  An advocate for innovation, Richard serves on advisory boards for companies at all stages.  He is recognized for his ability to effectively deploy a small group of consultants ready to jump in and provide extraordinary impact as an interim or fractional CIO.

Richard graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics.
