Richard Eichen is a partner in the New York practice of Fortium Partners. He is a veteran of 30+ years of executive-level leadership for large multi-site operations, including profit-and-loss balance-sheet responsibilities. He is a CIO well-versed in operations, management and business strategy as well as technology.

Rich drives agility across the enterprise, strategically aligns departments with business and performance goals and boosts a firm’s ability to innovate and apply digital technologies to traditional products and services. He is especially adept at assessing the needs of organizations that are not well-structured. By implementing transformative business models and digital technologies Rich helps firms facilitate growth and enhance customer experience. He is also an accomplished joint venture product developer with a substantial portfolio of successful ventures.

Richard Eichen graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BSBA degree in Accounting from Western New England University and earned an MBA in Management from St. John’s University. He has published chapters in two graduate-level textbooks, Business PMO Success Stories, 2013, and Business PMO Setup, 2009, both from J. Ross Publishers.
