Renee Benedict is a Partner in Fortium Partners’ East Region, where she serves enterprises in the consumer packaged goods industry and franchise sectors.  Her global, diverse experience spans IT strategy and roadmap development, IT operating model modernization around people, process and technology, business integrations, ERP platform expertise, PMO creation and governance, and digital transformation.

Her record as a senior IT leader is marked by her strategic planning capabilities and successful enterprise implementations with Workday, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, ServiceNow, and Business Intelligence platforms.  Renee delivered ERP solutions to drive efficiencies for all core business functions.  She brings executive leadership experience in pre and post-merger integration efforts and digital transformation strategy to deliver value across the business. Renee also managed large, global technical teams responsible for technology life cycle management and application roadmaps for a portfolio of enterprise human resources, legal, finance, procurement, supply chain, sales and marketing applications.

She listens carefully to the needs of her stakeholders then develops an IT operating model designed for efficiency and smart capital investment.  Her strategic vision stems from a broad understanding of technology and how to position IT as a growth enabler for the enterprise.  Renee has supported business units with more than 20,000 employees with application, end-user, and infrastructure services support and managed technology teams of over 100 professionals while promoting collaboration, agility, innovation, and customer/stakeholder satisfaction.

Renee graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Villanova University.  She is an active community volunteer with education organizations and has pursued professional development courses offered by the Center for Creative Leadership, Gartner and Women’s Leadership Events.
