A certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Relle conducts process reviews and charts system upgrade with attention to best practices and quality. He has managed global teams, cybersecurity programs, ERP implementations and achieved great impact. His ability to navigate complex situations and make tough decisions reflects his military experience and global perspective. Relle has worked in Fortune 500 companies in both process and discrete manufacturing environments and now leverages his knowledge to serve small and midcap enterprises.

As a CIO with Fortune 500 experience, Relle is skilled at managing global teams and significant budgets, He develops trusted relationships with C-suite leaders, IT professionals, team members, and vendors. Relle builds a strategy that is solid as well as agile, as he anticipates change and prepares for it. His forte is the turnaround of an IT department through assessment of people, processes, and technology. He has valuable experience designing and building IT organizations, consolidating systems, launching new applications, and ensuring a focus on quality execution. Relle also has extensive M&A experience via buy, divest, and spin-off transactions.

Relle graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy. Commissioned as a Captain in the U.S. Army, he served with distinction as Company Executive Officer and Battalion Fire Direction Officer with responsibility an armored brigade of more than 3,500 people. Later, he continued his education at the University of Texas at Dallas, where he earned a Master of Business Administration. Certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt, Relle has been active in the Society of Information Managers, a keynote speaker at technology conferences, and a board member on North Texas Tech Connect. Away from the office, he is passionate about cars and enjoys playing tennis.
