Reddy Karri is a Partner in Fortium Partners’ South Central Region, where he serves publicly held, private equity and venture-funded companies.  He provides insightful counsel on technology-driven business transformation and how to embrace agile methods and processes.  With more than twenty years of software and systems experience, Reddy is alert to the impact of technology evolution on business strategy, corporate culture and profitability. He leverages this perspective as he advises his clients on how to develop a competitive edge through the adoption of innovative practices as part of an IT strategic plan.

As a senior technology executive, Reddy worked on numerous successful turnarounds and helped prepare portfolio companies for exit.  His core knowledge of engineering and product development set a solid foundation for his expanded responsibilities to business unit leadership roles.  Reddy has built and managed sales organizations focused on growing revenue and supporting client retention.  He has improved net promoter scores, surpassed targets for customer satisfaction and strengthened global partnerships.  With solid technical credentials and understanding of emerging platforms, Reddy has also helped develop and implement next-generation systems and architecture. His collaborative spirit has been forged by the experience of coaching talented technology teams based around the world.

Reddy graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering, Electronics, and Communications from Visvesvaraya Technological University in India. He has lived and worked in China, France, India, and the US.
