Paul is a Partner in Fortium Partners’ Midwest Region, where he serves B2C and B2B companies.  His executive profile reflects an expansive history of leveraging technology solutions to accelerate business expansion and growth.  Paul is adept at leading digital transformation initiatives to transform sales processes, reduce cycle times and improve accuracy.  He has designed and launched national call centers and data centers to as well as planned the relocation of regional distribution centers and sales offices.  As a member of the executive team, Paul has been involved in developing strategies to achieve profitable growth by expanding geographic coverage and brand recognition.  He offers his clients wisdom gained while navigating ownership changes with private equity investors.

An insightful CIO, Paul understands how enterprise technology can drive positive change and profitability.  He has consulted with B2B and B2C organizations in the retail, construction management, financial services, food services, manufacturing nonprofit and real estate sectors.  His specialties include customer contact operations, customer relationship management, enterprise resource planning, IT strategy and network engineering.  In addition, Paul has led selection and implementation of business intelligence and web analytics tools that yielded improved reporting, fresh insights and better business decision making.  He enjoys leading and coaching technology teams and staff working on cross-departmental initiatives.
