Neil is a Partner in Fortium Partners’ East region, where he primarily serves healthcare, insurance, financial services, and SaaS/software companies.  His record of accomplishment includes leading business and technology transformation efforts from inception through delivery of business-aligned digital solutions.  He has notable experience driving technology improvement, turnarounds, and innovation in private equity-owned companies preparing for successful, well-timed exit.

As a CIO and CTO, Neil led large teams to stabilize, scale, and deliver consistent and predictable technology services, while also developing software solutions to propel revenue growth.  He has a deep knowledge and substantial experience in enterprise IT leadership, product development, project management, application optimization, information security and compliance, cloud migration, and M&A due diligence and post-merger integration.

Neil has managed large technology organizations with budgets up to $80 million and more than 300 technical staff.  He gracefully balances IT strategy and business process optimization with a focus on customer experience and solutions that align with the brand and drive profitable growth.  He firmly believes in transparency and integrity, which especially important in environments with substantial change.  Neil is known for his infectious enthusiasm, which brings diverse stakeholders together to support key initiatives.

Neil graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rutgers University and continued to earn a Masters of Business Administration with a specialty in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.  A recognized thought leader, he has been involved with the CIO Roundtable, Forbes Technology Council, and the Society for Information Management (SIM), New Jersey.
