He leverages his engineering mindset and foundational experience as a systems architect while managing technology infrastructure, resources and strategic initiatives. Mike puts a priority on leveraging artificial intelligence and cloud architecture to support a constant drive toward elimination of technical debt. He delivers a broad perspective and specialized knowledge gained through working in diverse industries including automotive, retail, manufacturing, and professional services. His change agility is evident as he works with clients to embrace emerging technologies.

As a CTO and CIO, Mike has developed a fulsome point of view of the myriad challenges facing business. He believes that leveraging technology is critical to advance the enterprise mission, to improve competitiveness, and to create sustainability. Mike is focused on creating scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions to achieve operational excellence. Known for a high level of technical skill and aptitude, he is results driven with an eye on the project objectives. His philosophy for technology leadership has emerged because of his diverse experience in public, private, nonprofit and joint venture environments. He regularly collaborates with C-suite peers, directors, and vendors to create a positive member and customer experience.

Mike studied electronics and technology at Hickok Technical Institute and continued to gain knowledge on information systems while attending DeVry Institute of Technology. His impactful leadership and contributions have been celebrated on several occasions. Mike has been honored with The Luminary Award from the National Association of Bar Executives; Employee of the Year from the Ohio State Bar Association; and three Recognition of Achievement awards from Compuware. He enjoys mountain biking, traveling, and sharing time with his family.
