Mike Adams is a Partner in Fortium Partners’ South Central Region, where he serves manufacturing, distribution and acquisition-oriented companies.  He draws upon more than twenty-five years of technology and business experience to provide practical advice on digital transformation, enterprise resource planning systems and outsourcing.  

As a CTO and CIO, Mike led efforts to build out technology platforms to support business growth.  With responsibility for business relationship management, he delivered technology to advance the organizational strategy.  His experience includes leading all aspects of a best-in-class IT organization, managing enterprise shared services, project management, demand planning and inventory forecasting.

Mike has guided planning and implementation of complex projects ranging up to $100 million.  His prior experience streamlining internal resources and outsourcing critical functions translates well to clients seeking to swiftly integrate acquisitions.  His understanding of global supply chain issues and systems helps companies looking to increase inventory turnover and accelerate product delivery to distribution facilities.  

Mike graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Strategic Management and from SMU Cox School of Business with a Master of Business Administration.
