Her expertise spans enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and data-driven decision-making. As a CTO and CIO, Maureen helps companies use technology to transform operations, enhance customer experiences, mitigate risk, and foster a positive corporate culture. She prioritizes clean data and robust governance practices especially in preparation for AI implementation. Her deep expertise in ERP platforms like Oracle, NetSuite, and Blue Yonder has been gained through involvement on complicated systems upgrades and implementations across multiple countries, A member of Women in Retail Leadership and the Retail AI Council, Maureen has a valuable perspective on emerging trends and applications. Maureen has served as a senior leader for public and private companies ranging from $150 million to $2 billion in revenue, often with constrained budgets. Her experience also includes technical due diligence and post-transaction integration for M&A. Advising from the intersection of technology and operations, she delivers business insights and practical solutions to her clients.

Maureen graduated from Montclair University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Education and Office Systems Administration. She continued her professional education in the fields of project management, cybersecurity risk, and leadership. Her technical proficiencies include key cloud services and data integrators such as Tableau, Snowflake, Salesforce, HighJump, and Cognos, among many. Maureen serves as a Board Advisor to Cloud Plane, a start-up developing a virtual cloud platform designed for harnessing the combined power of all the clouds in a zero-ops platform to provide complete control over scaling workloads. Reflecting her exposure to the furniture and furnishings sector, she enjoys home restoration projects as well as skiing and traveling.
