Matthew graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He continued his education as he earned a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration at Mississippi State University.  He is credentialed as a Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Project Management Professional (PMP), PCI Professional (PCIP), and ITIL Foundations Certified Professional.  A recognized thought leader and leading voice in information security, Matthew is a frequent speaker at industry convenings.  He is an active member of ISACA, PMI, ISSA, and the CIO Forum.  Personally, he enjoys college football, soccer, American history, reading, and collecting TV memorabilia.
