Kathleen Natriello joined Fortium Partners in 2020 with more than thirty years as a biopharmaceutical information technology executive. She has deep knowledge and valuable experience in the development and execution of strategy at the business unit and enterprise levels.  Her work includes leading a Center for Digital Innovation, managing cloud computing, and driving integrated development and operations (DevOps).  Kathleen has aligned the current model to the future state and led the sourcing and selection of a fully managed service provider.  She is recognized as a champion for the use of agile methods during design, build and launch of digital capabilities. As a global IT leader, she has supported the manufacturing, supply chain, quality and compliance, engineering, facilities and finance functions.  Her practice focuses on biopharmaceutical, manufacturing, supply chain, distribution and acquisition-oriented companies.  She draws upon her experience at a global enterprise to provide sound advice on data management, digital transformation, enterprise applications and shared services.

As a senior IT leader, Kathleen has guided priority initiatives such as migration from an internal data center environment to the cloud.  She led teams focused on accelerating innovation and implementing SAP systems globally.  Of note, she is particularly proud to have introduced machine learning and artificial intelligence as tools to speed research and testing by scientists.

Kathleen has managed large global teams and a budget of $120 million with notable success.  While responsible for the global IT organization to support manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering functions, she ensured continuous improvement and a robust infrastructure at key plants.  Her experience also includes leading the IT quality and validation teams, establishing a shared services PMO and directing an IT productivity initiative.  She provides valuable insights and perspective to her clients, who benefit from her decades of IT experience gained while building a career with a global industry leader committed to innovation.

Kathleen graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a Masters in Education.  She serves on the Board of Overseers for the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
