He earned a Global Management Certificate from Thunderbird School of Graduate Management and attended professional development coursework at Harvard University. He has served on the Advisory Boards of Western Michigan University and Grand Valley State University and contributed to the Cisco Customer Board of Advisors and Gartner Research Circle. In his free time, Jeff enjoys golf, skiing, reading, and life on the lake with his family.
