Jane joined Fortium Partners with more than 20 years of digital transformation and change management experience in B2C and B2B enterprises. She has led strategy, operations, development and deployment of scalable technology, and business infrastructure.  Her visionary leadership has propelled global teams to successfully deliver new software applications and mobile/web development.  As an accomplished CIO / CTO, Jane has served public, private and nonprofit organizations while working across many geographies and industries including media, entertainment, retail, financial services, and consumer goods.  She is an expert in creating winning strategies to support the customer experience.

As a CTO, Jane has built new data products, rebranded online products, and migrated dozens of websites to a new content management platform.  She also launched the redesign and development a product line that led to significant new business and a patent on the search algorithm.  She also advised on pricing strategy, defined the user interface, and contributed to the go-to-market plan.  Of note, Jane architected a multi-year technology strategy for a century old public institution, then drove execution of the plan.  This effort set the foundation for digital engagement by millions of patrons, improved security, and reduced operating costs.

As a CIO, Jane has created IT roadmaps involving strategy, budget and resource plans.  She has worked with key stakeholders including product development and marketing leaders to redesign attributes, functionality, and security features.  In the digital arena, she has championed web and mobile applications to accelerate digital delivery.  Jane reimagined the customer experience of leading brands by using design thinking.  She built technology teams ready to drive change and ensure competitive positioning.

As a Fortium Partner, Jane has served full time as Interim CIO during the first year of the global pandemic.  She swiftly moved to transition the workforce to a remote environment while she developed a strategy to modernize key applications.  She executed a plan that included adoption of a cloud-first approach, launch of robotic process automation, and implementation of a data infrastructure.  Jane also led implementation of electronic health records (EHR), human capital management (HCM), payroll, and procure-to-pay applications.

Jane holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from The University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Syracuse University.  She also completed the Strategic Leadership program at Harvard University.  In her spare time, Jane likes to cook for her family and friends and loves to ski, cycle, and travel.
