Graeme joined Fortium Partners with significant multicultural and international leadership experience in supply chain management and digital transformation. Recognized by his strong commitment to effective collaboration, teamwork, and communication he analyzes complex problems, develops technical solutions, and leads teams to implement bold ideas.  Graeme has excelled at Fortune 500 & FTSE 100 enterprises that are recognized as industry leaders in consumer products, manufacturing, and transportation. Serving as CIO, Graeme skillfully navigated change and led post-merger technology integration to meet regulatory commitments as well as carve out separated businesses.  With experience in both B2C and B2B environments, he looks for opportunities to innovate and leverage competitive advantages to drive growth and profitability.  His global perspective was shaped while living and working on five continents.  

Across his career, Graeme has been committed to both strategy and execution, so that tangible and sustainable results are achieved.  As a business transformation leader, Graeme has a proven ability to mitigate risk and optimize cost.  He creates a strong alignment between technology and business strategy by leveraging his technical skills and business acumen, Graeme is adept at deploying advanced analytics, driving cross-functional collaboration, and instilling data-driven decision making in multi-national organizations.  He capitalizes on his experience across diverse industries as he advises CEOs, CIOs, and business unit leaders on complex projects and innovation initiatives.  A recognized thought leader in digital supply chain, his teams garnered ten industry awards in a single year with honors for industrial transformation projects involving IoT, big data, cloud, AI/ML, and digital twins.

With a commitment to volunteerism, Graeme serves as Judge and Mentor for the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), which ignites the entrepreneurial mindset with unique learning experiences that empower students to own their futures.  He also supports the CF Foundation (US) and CF Trust (UK) and serves as a technology advisor to several startups. 

Graeme graduated with honors from the University of St. Andrews, where he earned a Master of Arts in Business Studies, Economics, and Geography.  He also graduated from Hult Ashridge International Business School with an Executive MBA and completed a Mini-MBA focused on Digital Supply Chain Management at Rutgers Business School.  Graeme continued his professional development achieving certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).  He enjoys tennis, skiing, running, golf, and spending time with his family.
