Frank graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Minor in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis. He continued his education at the University of Maryland and graduated with a Master of Business Administration in Finance and International Business. Fluent in Spanish, Frank has presented at global conferences on cybersecurity, project management, and IT audit. Stepping away from the desk, relishes time spent outdoors with nature including as a volunteer docent at the Brandywine Zoo.
