Eric is a Partner in Fortium Partners’ West Region, where he serves consumer products companies and global retail brands.  As a highly-regarded leader in digital transformation, Eric has moved seamlessly between strategy design and implementation throughout his career.  His experience includes leading engineering, product management, and ecommerce teams through complex enterprise infrastructure and ecommerce initiatives.  As a B2C executive, Eric has been responsible for the planning of channel and market expansion, designing consumer-facing applications, managing global digital marketing and activation of social media programs.  Both technical and creative, he is recognized for his deep understanding of how technology engages the consumer and helps to build brand equity and engagement.

Leveraging entrepreneurial spirit and strategic vision, Eric contributed to several start-ups as an executive, technology leader, and business strategist.  In CEO, President, and COO roles, he oversaw product design, branding, project management, and software and hardware development teams.  Eric also founded and built a digital consultancy that was successfully acquired.  Reflecting more than two decades devoted to advising clients in a digital agency setting, Eric creates and delivers innovative solutions to his clients that result in profitable growth.  He brings a solid knowledge of the customer experience and strategies to promote retention.  His leadership style weaves together collaboration, communication, and a calm presence along with a relentless drive for success.  Eric places a high value on authenticity and humility, which has garnered him support from his technology teams and management peers.

Eric is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.  He is actively engaged in the Global Retail Insights Network (GRIN) and serves on its Advisory Board.  A community of the top experts in global commerce, GRIN is committed to helping retailers and brands achieve greatness on the world stage.
