Daniel has successfully championed digital transformation, led earned value management initiatives, and implemented major government programs. He made a distinct impact on results of a Fortune 100 firm in the aerospace and defense sector and received enterprise recognition for his notable contributions. Daniel is heralded for his ability to recruit, coach, and mentor diverse teams ready to drive change and systems improvement. His leadership roles have spanned from the operating unit and enterprise-wide level, including CIO responsibility in the Middle East.

In varied executive IT roles, Daniel has led key IT initiatives from planning through implementation.  His accomplishments stem from the business unit to global level.  Daniel has deep experience in program management across the full program lifecycle.  His responsibilities have included managing the scope, cost, and schedule performance of complex, enterprise wide investments.  He has streamlined processes, improved cycle times, and implemented dashboards to measure cost savings.  Daniel consistently managed resources with a sharp focus on supporting the global business growth strategy.  He was deputy director of a global SAP ERP deployment with great success and it achieved significant cost savings.  His valued contributions and leadership were recognized with several corporate excellence awards.

Daniel graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Salem State College and continued his education as he earned a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University. He also completed the selective CIO Development Program held at Babson College, the Raytheon Leadership Development Programs, and the Raytheon Program Management College. His professional certifications include Six Sigma and Earned Value Management. Daniel enjoys spending time with family at the beach where he explores via a bike or hike.
