Chris has built secure transaction systems to safeguard data and guided new product launches as a CTO, founder and software architect. Focused on sustainable growth, his approach ensures that regulatory requirement compliance and risk management practices are also woven into the fabric of key systems and applications. His professional mission is to develop fresh solutions that protect customers and empower communities. Chris draws upon his experience across complex industries and operating environments such as defense, healthcare, life sciences, and logistics as he works with clients.

As a CTO, Chris has directed large-scale AI and machine learning initiatives to deliver predictive modeling and decision-making tools. He guides the development of IT strategies and roadmaps to neatly align technology with business goals. Committed to business efficiency, his agenda priorities operational productivity while actively supporting competitive product launches. Chris is passionate about creating effective and streamlined product development environments and ensuring communications across stakeholders. His experience in the healthcare and defense industries cemented his ability to manage sensitive data and compliance matters. He understands complex ecosystems and builds successful relationships to ensure navigation through challenging times. Chris has a distinct perspective on how to best manage remote teams and implement global, enterprise systems. Of note, Chris was the lead program manager for the registered traveler program (now known as Clear), which has grown to 59 airport sites across the U.S.

Chris graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He holds a patent for systems and methods related to establishing trust between entities in support of transactions. A thought leader and frequent speaking to industry groups, he offers perspective on technology, data insights, and software development practices in life sciences sector. Chris is an avid martial artist and enjoys time shared with his family and two French bulldogs.
