He has provided savvy technical leadership to healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, supply chain, and transportation companies operating in the U.S. and internationally. His forte is driving operational excellence through process re-engineering, development of new applications, and implementation of ERP systems. Brian carefully navigates and leads change to ensure a company is poised for growth, acquisitions, and digital transformation. Recognized as a creative and collaborative leader, he is trusted by C-suite executives, boards, private equity investors, and teams to deliver results and create sustainable enterprise value.

With experience as both a CIO and CTO, Brian brings a deep understanding of how technology drives business growth and profitability. He displays a skilled approach on complex enterprise projects as he builds governance models and guides software decisions. His practical, results driven mindset is matched by focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, risk management, and security. Across his career, Brian has led major change and transformation efforts including the consolidation of regional IT teams into a single global operating model with a hybrid cloud-based infrastructure. He regularly partners with business unit leaders to adopt applications that solve operational issues, improve data quality, and delight end users. Of note, he managed the technical due diligence for numerous M&A deals and then successfully directed post-transaction integration activities. His practice centers on helping multi-billion-dollar organizations navigating growth, integration, or operational stress in the US and abroad.

Brian graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics. He is a motorsports enthusiast who previously raced in events hosted by the Sports Car Club of America. His passions also include golf, travel and wine tasting.
