As a proven CIO, CTO, and CDO, AJ works at the intersection of technology, data, and commerce. He is adept at building the intelligence platform for organizational success. His implementation of large systems has involved tackling complex governance and security issues. AJ has led project teams through assessment of workflows, product design, and supply change initiatives. He brings technical engineering and management insights together as he solves operating and logistics problems. His ability to design software strategy and craft a forward path has fueled the rollout of Fortune 500 websites, launched new product features, and integrated global supply chain tools.
AJ graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance from Montclair State University and then earned a Graduate Certificate in Computer Science and Project Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. He achieved his Six Sigma certification from the University of Michigan. His commitment to professional development is evidenced by his active leadership involvement in the Retail Analytics Council at Northwestern University, the Business Leadership Hub and AI Business Consortium at Loyola University Chicago, and the MSIS program at Stevens Institute. In the community, AJ has been a board member of the Indianapolis 500 Festival. Outside the office, he can be found in his Maker workshop where he explores robotics, electronics, and 3D printing.
