Adam is an experienced technology leader specializing in B2B and B2B2C SaaS companies that need to evolve from version one of their product, platform, and organization to support scale. He is skilled at identifying gaps in business and technology alignment and building roadmaps and teams to fill them. Adam has a proven track record of using Artificial Intelligence to differentiate products and create a competitive advantage. He has a direct and positive leadership style, collaborates well with peers, and has been described as calm and composed in high pressure situations. His style has made him particularly effective at driving organizational change, delivering difficult messages, mentoring, and coaching.  

As a CTO, Adam has focused on maturing organizations to support enterprise growth and position high-tech start-ups for successful exit.  He created the strategy, led the product rebuild, and guided the organization through compliance audits.  He spurred the launch of several new SaaS products and contributed to related business development and alliance management efforts.  His accomplishments include transforming product and engineering into an agile delivery model and introducing DevOps, quality assurance, security, and data science disciplines from scratch.  Adam also served as Interim CEO for a software company with responsibility for fundraising, go-to-market planning, and corporate culture.  His commitment to exceptional client service reflects more than a decade spent leading complex, global engagements across diverse industries.

Adam graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Geological Sciences from Central Michigan University and a Master of Science in Geophysics from Northwestern University.  His community leadership includes serving as a volunteer with Women in Tech, a program developed by innovation hub 1871 to advance female technology leaders, and Plato, a platform that connects next generation talent with experienced mentors.  Adam also coaches youth travel teams in basketball and softball and serves as President of the Elmhurst Cougars organization.
