She has deep experience managing large technology teams, complex systems projects, and platforms designed to propel sales growth. Her expertise in the investment arena includes setting a solid technology foundation for investment management, product distribution, capital markets, trading, and operations. She has successfully implemented bespoke applications for regulated industries involved in equity and fixed income investments, currency trading, and cash management. Her remit has also covered work management and digital asset management tools for creative agencies and cybersecurity risk evaluation for a private equity firm. A natural relationship builder, Niki is business minded as she jumps in to solidify an organization. She tackles challenging situations with an authentic, straightforward style.

As a CIO, Niki is recognized for her ability to collaborate with C-suite peers. She leverages her business acumen and understanding of operations as she partners with business unit leaders and functional executives in marketing, legal, finance, procurement, and shared services. Her valuable insights and astute assessment of the current technology footprint set the stage for comprehensive transformation projects. Niki achieves success in large enterprise settings as well as smaller business units and private equity firms. She has broad and deep knowledge of the asset management sector thanks to decade of experience with leading investment firms. Niki has guided major programs to achieve cost efficiencies, strengthen cybersecurity, and launch new products. Her ability to recruit, manage, and mentor global technology teams is a hallmark of her leadership.

Niki graduated from Columbia University, Barnard College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, where she pursued the quantitative track. She has been a speaker twice at Columbia’s annual Women in Business Conference and has served as an Advisory Board Member for the Cybersecurity Program at Ithaca College. Niki has achieved certification as a Sommelier.
