Fortium's Partners are all experienced C-Suite executives from significant, recognizable companies and possess, on average, 25-plus years of experience helping senior executives, boards, and investors lead substantial technology initiatives and solve complex problems.  The Software practice offers experienced software leaders as Chief Technology Officers, Chief Operating Officers, and similar roles in SaaS companies.  Tailored to fit the strategic needs of our clients, SaaS leadership roles can be interim or long-term, full-time or fractional.  Interim roles are designed to help companies who need leadership to assume day-to-day responsibility for operations, assess areas for immediate improvement, plan longer-term initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals, assist with the identification of a permanent hire, and facilitate an orderly transition to the new leader.  


When Fortium’s Partners serve in interim/fractional roles or lead strategic initiatives such as due diligence, product turnarounds, or post-acquisition integration – they are supported by 2-3 additional Fortium Partners in an advisory capacity (the Fortium Advisory Team) at no additional charge to the client.  Our SaaS Advisory solution is designed to offer this same collaborative advantage to intact management teams at SaaS companies.  To support the Office of the CTO, Fortium establishes a CTO Advisory Team of 2-3 proven CTOs to meet regularly (quarterly or twice-yearly) with a client CTO and their leadership team to leverage Fortium’s combined insight and expertise on areas of significant concern as well as SaaS best practices.
