DALLAS, TEXAS April 22, 2015 / - FORTIUM PARTNERS, the world’s fastest growing provider of IT Turnaround and Leadership Services, is pleased to announce that Randy Green, long-time senior-level IT consulting leader serving multiple industries, is the latest in a wave of top IT advisors to join Fortium. Mr. Green is a partner in the firm's Dallas office.

Over his illustrious thirty-plus year career, Randy Green has advanced to senior leadership in some of the world's largest IT consulting firms. Green spent fifteen years with Arthur Andersen Consulting, where he served partner in-charge of the firm's Advanced Technologies Group for the Dallas, Denver and Houston offices. Following his time at Andersen, he spent six years as a Vice President with Hitachi Consulting where he led the firm's Strategic Technology Solutions practice in Dallas. Mr. Green also held similar leadership roles with global consulting firms Grant Thornton and Alvarez & Marsal. Most recently, Randy was a partner at Tatum.

Mr. Green, a seasoned ITIL-certified IT professional, has extensive background in the Communications and Media industries, and a broad set of experience across many others including Retail, Financial Services and Public Sector. Some of Mr. Green’s significant clients include Aspect Software, Whitmore Manufacturing, AT&T, Verizon / GTE, Dish Network, American National Bank of Texas, KBR, Waste Management, the Teachers Retirement System of Texas, Protection One, Caris Life Sciences, Hewlett-Packard and ATX Technologies.

Tim McCracken, Fortium's Chairman and CEO, states: "The market is seeking to engage IT experts with tier-one consulting experience without having to pay for the massive teams of inexperienced resources that come with them. Randy Green is exactly the kind of leader they are looking for. A big-firm leader with large-scale global IT experience, Randy applies the latest advanced thinking to fulfill the needs of a growing mid-market experiencing big-company issues. Adding Randy to our already incredible team in Dallas is a big win for Fortium and our client-base.

Randy Green comments: ”More and more, the consulting industry sees emerging mid-market companies with a need for advanced technology to support an aggressive growth path, but traditional consulting firms aren't economically or procedurally positioned to service them. As a result, these consulting firms "force-feed" the client into their model resulting in slower delivery at a higher cost. A tier-one consulting firm simply cannot deploy a partner-level resource to service a client without the presence of leveraged, low-cost inexperienced resources bringing high bill rates. In a very short amount of time, Fortium has established a reputation for serving this important market with partner-level resources without a leveraged team. I'm excited to be a part of this new and popular consulting model that allows me to meet the precise needs of clients using a higher-value economic profit model."

Randy Green earned his BA in International Relations from Baylor University.
