Project | Interim | Fractional CIO & CTO Services
DALLAS, TX August 7, 2014 / - FORTIUM PARTNERS, the world’s fastest growing provider of IT Turnaround and Technology Leadership Services, is pleased to announce the addition of Greg Pascuzzi as its newest Partner in the Southwest U.S. region.
In addition to serving on a number of nonprofit boards, Pascuzzi most recently was Chief Information Officer for powerhouse law firm, Baron & Budd. Greg also spent sixteen years with Accenture where he was a partner in the Communications and High Tech advisory practice, and was a partner with once-prominent executive services firm Tatum LLC where he served in interim CIO roles for professional services and healthcare companies.
Tim McCracken, Chairman and CEO of Fortium Partners states: “Our strategic direction mandates that we offer past CIO's of the world's most recognized organizations. We are intentionally developing our capability to serve law firms and others in the professional services arena with badly needed IT leadership and guidance, and Greg's strong background in this space helps to solidify that offering. His background supporting professional services coupled with years of experience as an Accenture partner will allow him to bring a unique and logical perspective to the IT needs and possibilities in this demanding space. Having worked with Greg over the years, I've had the opportunity to personally observe his high-energy approach which helps him to match the frantic pace that exists so frequently in large partnership law and accounting firms. Fortium is excited to have him as a Partner.”
Greg Pascuzzi comments: “I have spent a lifetime in service organizations so, to that extent, joining Fortium will be instantly familiar. What will be different is the fact that Fortium consists exclusively of top-performing IT leaders. It intentionally does not have the "arms and legs" leverage model so common in consulting firms today. That's because Fortium is asked to tackle the most highly complex technology issues and mission-critical projects its clients have ever encountered. The remedy involves contextual knowledge gained only through decades of experience in operational leadership and working in organizations with a culture for forging new ground. With Fortium, I have the opportunity to help those who truly need that background and experience to avoid costly errors and optimize IT in their environment, and I'm working alongside the very best IT professionals anywhere. I'm excited to be a part of it.”
Pascuzzi received his BBA in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas, Austin.
